Bobbi Dominick is a native Boisean, with degrees in history, law, and theology. She has worked in law, consulting, and human resources. She has taught at universities, in classrooms, conference rooms, boardrooms, training halls and ballrooms. She uses her voice by helping organizations improve their efforts to prevent and resolve workplace harassment and discrimination. Bobbi’s focus is on developing organizational culture, leadership, and human resource systems and processes that produce or reinforce a respectful workplace.
She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM Senior Certified Professional, has served as a Human Resources Director, has investigations, respectful workplace training, and serves as an expert witness on the effectiveness of an employer’s response to workplace complaints. Bobbi was a 2018 TEDx speaker, and is also the author of the nationally published books, Preventing Workplace Harassment in a #MeToo World (SHRM Publishing 2018) and Investigating Harassment and Discrimination Claims: A Practical Guide (Pfeiffer 2004)(co-author with Jan Salisbury).
